Weatherbug says it's on forty-some percent humidity. I don't believe them. I'm already short of breath and it's only 10:30.

So far I've driven David to school (we missed the bus), put a load of laundry in the dryer and another in the washer, fed and watered the chickens and gathered eggs, and loaded and run the dishwasher. Now I'm up in my lovely ( Read more... )

OK, I've been & gone. Today is much more pleasant than yesterday was, and downstairs is much more pleasant than upstairs, even with the fan not on down here. It's 12:05. What am I doing this afternoon?

It's morning. I have done all my early morning stuff, I haven't done all my late morning stuff. I really should get on that, and I will soon enough, but I'm feeling low motivation today. The dishwasher is running empty, I've made a start on cleaning the bathroom, and I've printed new copies of my chores list. Despite a bit of grumpiness this morning, I've actually had a pretty good day. After I got some dishes put away and a load of laundry started, Adam & I went out so I could do more driving practice.
